Supervision of installation and commissioning

Monitoring the manufacturing process and quality control of equipment

Supervision of equipment manufacturing in the manufacturing plant

This service includes sending a supervisor to the manufacturing plant to continuously monitor the manufacturing and assembly process of the equipment. Ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards, quality control of welds, coatings and surface finishes, as well as inspecting various production stages based on the quality control program are among the measures taken at this stage. This supervision ensures that the equipment is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and standards set for industrial kitchens.

Sampling and testing of raw materials used

This service includes sampling raw materials used in the manufacture of equipment (such as stainless steel sheets, insulators, electric motors, etc.) and sending them to trusted laboratories for relevant tests. Other measures of this department include checking the material certificate and ensuring that the material type and grade comply with the technical specifications pledged by the manufacturer. These tests are carried out to ensure the quality and durability of the raw materials used in industrial kitchen equipment.

Checking compliance of technical specifications with the pre-invoice

This service includes a detailed review and measurement of the compliance of the technical specifications of the manufactured machinery and equipment with the technical specifications declared in the proforma invoice and contract. Parameters such as dimensions, capacity, power consumption, material of parts in contact with food, type of actuators and controls and all other technical characteristics are carefully reviewed and compared with the technical documents. Any deviations or non-conformities are documented and reported to the manufacturer for correction.

Issuing a certificate of conformity to technical specifications

After ensuring that the manufactured equipment fully complies with all technical requirements and established standards, a "Certificate of Conformity of Technical Specifications" is issued. This valid certificate confirms that the manufactured equipment fully complies with the approved technical specifications and requirements of the industrial kitchen and is used as a valid document for acceptance and payments.

Supervision of equipment installation and deployment

Equipment placement and alignment control
This service includes monitoring the correct placement of equipment in the location specified in the layout plans and checking their level and occupancy. It ensures that safety distances and necessary access for equipment repair and maintenance are observed. This control is essential for optimal performance and to prevent premature wear and tear of industrial kitchen equipment.
Monitoring connections and interfaces
In this service, the correct execution of all connections, including cold and hot water piping, steam, power and control wiring, gas connections, drainage systems and mechanical connections, is closely monitored. Sealing, insulation and correct execution of all connections are ensured in accordance with technical standards and manufacturer's instructions.
Inspection of safety and security systems
This service includes inspecting and verifying the installation and proper functioning of all safety and protective systems of the equipment. Systems such as mechanical guards, emergency stop switches, gas leak detection systems, safety thermostats and other specific safety equipment used in the industrial kitchen are carefully inspected and tested.

Setup, testing, and acceptance

Initial setup supervision
This service includes monitoring the initial start-up process of the equipment by the manufacturer's technical representative. This phase includes ensuring that the start-up instructions are correctly applied, initial settings are made, and operating personnel are trained. The initial performance of each device is monitored and potential faults are recorded.
Conducting functional tests and evaluating efficiency
This service includes designing and implementing a comprehensive performance testing program for all installed equipment. Tests such as measuring actual production capacity, energy consumption, sound levels, accuracy of temperature controls, and evaluating the quality of the product output (if applicable) are performed. The ultimate goal of these tests is to ensure that the equipment achieves the performance parameters committed in the contract.
Issuing a commissioning and acceptance certificate
After ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and in accordance with specifications and that all defects have been corrected, a "Final Commissioning and Acceptance Certificate" is issued. This certificate officially announces the end of the installation and commissioning phase and the beginning of the equipment warranty period.
