This course focuses on the fundamental concepts of hospitality, professional etiquette, effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques, and the art of positively interacting with customers. Creating a sense of welcome and customer service is the main focus of this training.
Customer Behavior Psychology and Expectation Management Courses
In this course, participants will learn about different customer personality types, factors affecting customer satisfaction, and expectation management techniques. Special attention is paid to understanding the customer's explicit and implicit needs.
Conflict resolution and complaint management workshops
This hands-on workshop teaches effective ways to deal with unhappy customers, problem-solving techniques, and turning a negative experience into a positive one. Participants will hone their skills through role-playing.
