This course focuses on the basic concepts of strategic management, including analyzing the internal and external environment, formulating a vision and mission, setting broad goals, and designing business strategies. Participants will be introduced to techniques such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis, environmental analysis (political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors), and techniques such as the Porter Matrix.

This course teaches basic accounting concepts, financial statement analysis, capital budgeting, cash flow management, and project economic evaluation indicators. It is designed for non-financial managers to make better financial decisions.
Marketing and sales management workshops
This hands-on workshop focuses on topics such as market identification and segmentation, marketing strategy development, brand management, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. Participants will hone their skills by completing real-world projects.
