Spatial and geographic analysis
Analysis of access to target markets
Study and analyze the distance and access time from proposed locations to major consumption centers (such as industrial estates, commercial centers, office complexes, universities, and large hospitals), examine population density and organizational purchasing power in different regions, and analyze traffic patterns and communication access in order to determine the most optimal location in terms of proximity to end customers and reducing the time and cost of transporting hot products.
Transportation infrastructure review
Comprehensive assessment of access to critical communication networks including freeways, main roads, airports (for transporting specific raw materials) and railway stations, examination of the quality, capacity and traffic conditions of access roads, especially during peak hours, and detailed analysis of logistics and transportation costs at different locations, taking into account the perishable and sensitive nature of hot food products.
Study of environmental and climatic conditions
Investigating climatic parameters affecting the production and storage of products, including temperature, humidity, and air pollution in the region, analyzing possible natural risks such as floods, earthquakes, storms, and landslides, and evaluating the topographic and geotechnical conditions of the site to ensure its safety and compatibility with the construction of a food industrial unit.
